Mike specialises in leadership development, organisational change and sustainability. He has a passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations create and move into the future through focused attention, deep understanding and practical, creative action.
In terms of organisation consulting he is at his best when helping executive teams become more effective whilst spotting dysfunction within the leadership team and the organisation at large and facilitating interventions to help people lead change better. Mike is an Economics and Accounting graduate from the University of Bristol where he studied environmental economics, a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, has an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He has written and co-written a number of books on leadership, change management and personal development all based on practical experience underpinned by academic rigour. He is also a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Business School, focusing on executive education and the Henley MBA, specifically in Coaching, Leadership & Change, Personal Development and Sustainability. Mike is an APECS Accredited Executive Coach, qualified psychotherapist and has gained a Certificate in Leadership and Facilitation at Schumacher College.
