Philip specialises in commercial audits and forecasting, debt recovery, cash management, claim management, contractual reviews, supply chain matters, final account settlement, negotiation of head contract terms as well as implementing commercial policy, procedures and infrastructure. He started as a sponsored undergraduate with George Wimpey in 1989 and progressed to hold directorships with Imtech Engineering Services and M+W Israel.
Philip is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in dealing with all commercial and contractual matters a business will face. Since 2014, he has gained a successful track record in undertaking interim consultancy roles with various businesses to assist them with wide ranging commercial issues. He has worked in the UK, North America, Europe, Israel and Thailand on various schemes including: gas upgrading plants (RNG), waste to energy plants (EPC), renewable energy schemes, nuclear and gas power plants (EPC), mechanical and electrical works, overhead line and underground electrical works, commercial and educational building projects, the UK rail network, international high speed rail works, international airports, water and waste water treatment and road projects.
